Im struggling to sleep more than 3 hours at a time.
Ive stopped having tea or coffee after 7,ive tried those herbal tablets things,camomile tea ,hot milk and all sorts.
Fucking wank.

I read somewhere that the best way to fall asleep is to lie down, and then keep still, but try not to fall asleep. Tried it once and it's bollocks though!

I read somewhere that watching tv or looking at a computer screen keeps your brain alert. Have you tried reading a book or something to pass the time?

Fucking wank. Works for me. Are your sleep patterns all fucked up old boy? That's what got me when ever I've worked shifts. If I have more than a couple of days off I still naturally turn nocturnal. Don't eat late is another golden rule and try and even with shifts try and get a routine going. Meal times etc.... Once your clock gets back to some sort of system it'll settle down. Failing that wank like a safari park chimp. Never fails.

I find the gym boring Fatters. I went 3 days a week for abit and never got anything from it apart from skinter.I dont really get the time when im at work either,plus I cycle to and from work and walk the dogs twice a day so thats at least 2 hours light exercise I do every day. STFC Village, fuck off

I can understand that ... I try to liven it up by taking my iPod down there whilst I work out ... plenty of sex might help to exhaust u in a fun way! .. thats NOT AN OFFER tho!
