About the Green Street Elite, West Ham's firm.
Better than Football Factory.

I thought it was alright. Some bits were a bit unrealistic though, like the main storyline

Hooligan films tend to be tedious. The best one was "The Firm" with Gary Oldman.
I watched "Green Street" only because the Macclesfield train station scene was shot at Westbury, Wilts train station!
I liked the idea of hooliganism being an addiction and not just for sake of fighting.

Farking awful, an embarrassment to football and not fit to lick the Football Factory's boots.
Green Street is as bad as Football Factory is good..... And I fooking love Football Factory!

footy factory was good because the characters were (for the most part) believable and it portrayed them as normal everyday young blokes who just happened to like a bit of fighting.
i.d. was great for it's supposed realism (i can't personally vouch for that) and it was almost the complete opposite of footy factory, john descended into a complete nutcase from being a 'normal' career driven family man.
not seen green street yet, not sure i want to.

Don't rate green streets at all. Just because an american hobbit thinks he's the leader of the gse. (do american football teams have firms?)
Football Factory is so much better and I.D is better than that.

ID - The benchmark FF - accurate and entertaining in parts, but a bit of a yarn The Firm - Not very good/very violent. Focuses on knives at football. Green St - Stands up to no scrutiny whatsover. A cringefest.

Seen ID, The Firm and Football Factory, ID is the best film, though seeing it's more recent I preferred Football Factory.
