when you have signed up to photobucket:
1) upload wanted picture
2) the picture will appear with 3 different lines underneath it labeled URL, TAG and IMG
3) Copy the IMG line
4) Paste the IMG line in the signature box in your townend forum profile
5) Enjoy your Rory banner

 Quite....when there is a repeating picture at the bottom of a fair size I never bother reading the post and just scroll on through.
