Excellent - more to the point is we're now only one point from safety!

Exactly. A win today guarantees us to move up atleast 1 place, and we COULD go above Blackpool, but that would involve us winning by atleast two goals. However we could potentially go 19th, assuming City drew with Rotherham.

And who knows, a draw could put us 21st...

Still bottom but level with 2 teams and only 8 points from 13th!  When Iffy started we were about 8 points from 23rd!

I was on about the form table, but still glad to hear that Rob! An interesting statistic.
I think many of us fans have been disillusioned by the fact that we are still bottom. They forget thow far behind we were when Iffy took over.

Town B.I.---P10 W2 D1 L7 F12 A17 Pts7---1.2 goals per game scored,1.7 conceded
Town A.I.---P14 W3 D7 L4 F12 A16 Pts13--0.8 gpg scored,1.1 conceded

Iffy has made us more difficult to beat, tightened up the defence and won us more points per game (1.1) than King(0.7).
Obviously what's needed is someone to share the scoring duties(Cureton?)then watch us storm up the table!

1.1 a game gets you to the safety mark of 50 points, so we can have no complaints. Hopefully we can pick up a few more points though, I personally am hoping for 30 points from our remaining games, which I think is a very realistic target based on recent results.

(About 1.3 a game I think)
