I remember when he first started he won us a few penalties with his pace (which O'Halloran converted), but then that ended and although he was quick he didn't have the other attributes needed (like controlling the ball etc) which is why he plays at this level.

Good luck to him though, he always seemed to try and care (unlike some other players).

He scored a few good goals to be fair to him but he was generally useless.

However he is actually doing some rather good goalscoring for the pox! The other week he had 3 goals in 2 games!

I remember Sabin taking a bow to every stand when he got subbed in his last game. Was he wearing rose colour glasses? He perceived himself as a legend!

He used to do fuck all for us, he'd beat any man to the ball and fall over it one-on-one with the gk.

It suprises me he's even good enougth to play for the scum!

i don't think his bowing to every stand was anything to do with him perceiving himself as anything near a legend.

he'd been at the club a fair while and although he took some stick (mostly deserved) he didn't sulk about it. i thought the bowing was a nice touch.
