Jamie Cureton recently said Colchester suited his style of football, they play 442 getting plent of balls into the box, we need Curetons goals and we look a much better team playing 442 anyway. Shakes on the right Brown/Nicolau on the left, Hameur can go back, Mikolanda fuck me whats he all about???
We've played McDermott right midfield, Roberts left midfield, Roberts right midfield yet Shakes doesnt make the bench yet i think most fans agree he has been behind Rory, our brightest player this season

Shakes is the only player who runs at players and tries to make things happen, or am i watching another game?

Tries to run at players, he usually takes the ball off the pitch and he cant cross to save his life, hardly what you want in a winger.
He has pace to burn, that is about it. He hasnt set up any goals as far as I can remember, I dont remember a single cross landing on Fallons head or anyones head at all.

Shakes is improving, I still think we haven't seen the best of him.

Shakes reminds me of Darren Campbell when he played in The Match. Can run like the wind, but unfortunately looks no more than a fast kid with flashy boots on.

defence need to sort themsevles out before the midfield can...at the moment we dont really use our midfield. we barely have done for years! there's never been a good link between defence (cos they're usually over-run) and midfield (same)
