It is our intention (hopefully) over the coming months to create a website dedicated to the principles of Loud and Proud.

This is an appeal to any STFC fans that may have access to files, or links to any photo's specifically showing STFC fans on matchdays in full colour, scarfs, banners etc etc.

Any from play off finals would be particularly welcome.

This is to help us design the look of the site, whilst demonstrating perfectly what loud and proud is all about.

Any help whatsoever would be really really appreciated.

We have a domain name now, along with a designer in place waiting for us to direct them on where we want to go with it, this will be the first step.

So once agin, to anyone that can help, many thanks.

I've got to be honest mate, and I kinda hate myself for saying this, but fuck the lot of them.  The day the players, management and directors show a little of loud and proudness is the day I'll get behind them again.

Until then I'll turn up, but don't expect me to get too excited about it.

It is Monday, it's is December and we're bottom of the league, not feeling in the best of spirits.

Thats fair enough Jannagge, I feel pretty much the same tbh.

Thanks again for your efforts before the city game.

I know you're pissed off, but do you have any photos?  Cheesy

I think I may have burned them all on Saturday  Wink

No I don't think I have, if I do find any I'll let you know.

I'm away over Christmas so no doubt, some stupid part of my brain will kick in in the first week of Jan telling me, we can still stay up, the lads need our support and like the idiot I am I'll be back, supporting them 100%.  Just feel so cheated at the minute.

great idea - thanks.

Can't believe its so difficult to find decent pictures of town fans en mass on the internet. It's like we've never been to wembley.

The only ones I managed to find yesterday were either sh1te or copyrighted.

I've got some old school 93 pictures somewhere at home, can't remeber if they're any good, except for one taken of the penalty as it headed into the six yard box. Taken from the back of the stand, no idea how my dad kept the camer still to be honest.

Why would they sign up??  Half of them that are playing at the moment will be off in January.

A quote from Mikolanda on Saturday "and one point for Swindon is no good".  Whether his English is bad or not, surely a "and one point for us is no good" would have been better.

The players are playing with no passion because they don't give a shit about the club.

at the end of the day, if they play shit, lose and we get relegated they still get paid for being shit and effortless at their job. Sad

If we get relegated we release them and they have to find another club.  These guys ahve mortages etc they don't really want to be jobless every year do they.  Look at people like Steve Robinson if he leaves Lincoln he'll go into non league where the money is quite poor.  I genuinely beleive that but for the broken leg he'd still be here.

The players look like they don't care but at our level not many guys have financial security, it's gotta be tricky getting a mortage when you explain that every year or 2 you face being unemployed.

maybe they shouldnt be so fn shit them. Come on they earn stupid amouts of money.

Surey the fact that they could be unemployed at the end of the year should make them push themselves even more....

That's what I mean, they aren't thinking 'I don't care if we are relgated' I wouldn't think, on the basis that only 1 or 2 players have contracts for next season, to be honest some of them just aren't good enough not through lack of effort IMHO.  They earn good money but considering by the time they are 35 they  will be retired, none of our lot are in a position not to have to worry beyond there, they all need to get income after they stop playing, and that can be pretty tricky, as for lots of our players I struggle to see them in league football if and when they leave us.

I think this topic was opened twice and the mods decided to keep this thread open and lock the one in the footy section!
