what fuel do you use to get you raring to go for the day ahead?

i've flirted with all the big players; frosties, rice krispies, cheerios, crunchy nut, all bran yoghurt, etc etc

the winner for me though is honey nut cheerios. the cereal is pretty good but you get the best drink in the world at the end of the bowl.

What Sussex said.

Unless my chauffer is late in which case it's a slice of wholemeal with a little Pate.

Not had cereal for a while but it has to be crunchy nut with green bannana, strawberries and ice cold skimmed by choice.

I agree, and they are 100% whole grain wheat plus Beefy promotes them Smiley I like to have mine with a nice sliced banana and honey Smiley
