Do you not find Stella is evil?  I drank it for the first time in years tonight.  Not saying I feel bad, just remember it being poison.  Tastes of chemicals don't you think?  Same as it's cider equivalent, Strongbow.

If I drink too much Strongbow my stomach acids try to kill me.  I still have the odd pint with ice though Cheesy   Bristol is brilliant for good ciders, there's this organic cider sold in alot of places that kicks the shit out of you but you know when you're done.

How's Southampton?  Lad I was with tonight has just finished there(told me a horrible story about getting impaled on a fence trying to get to his halls.  Mate who's birthday is was has just dropped out from Manchester in his first year(it took him two tries to pass his induction year which he didn't even need to do, and now he owes me a night of drinks because he bet me he'd get a first :smile1:)

Haha nice one!

Southampton is ok. Not been out much though due to skintness/work/staying in and getting drunk, although Rachel Stevens is at our union on the 16th. That's a nice xmas present   Tongue

My union was probably the worst in Britain(UWE).  Did some work for a couple of years for KPMG going around British Unis recruiting.  Good work if you can get it, mate.  Bunch of cunts I'd say, mind I think that about everyone from the City :smile1:

My brother-in-law goes loopy on Stella and tries to kill people - he tends to avoid it now.

I'm tempting to fill some Grolsch bottles with Stella and see the effects for myself at Christmas

Stella or krony = bad. Too many chemicals. As gay as it is if I have to drink lager I will drink fosters, but I am a real ale man normally. Can't beat a nice pint of butcombe, or failing that 6X  Beers

I have the same problem with Strongbow Amir!!  Next morning my stomach kills, even after two pints or so.  Doesn't matter how much water I drink after either, evil stuff.  Doesn't even get me pissed.

If it's lager it has to be premium, stella kronie, or preferably Nastro, Sol, Corona etc.  Love the czech/polish lagers too.

I hate drinking bottled beers on a session, if I do, it's Azzuro for me too, provided they do it

I got completely fucked on Thatcher's Perry in the Savoy last week.  7.4% and in a 750ml bottle. 2 and a half in an hour, and i was ruined.

Fosters doesn't give you the gut rot that stella, kronie and grolsch do though....

If we're talking strong bottled beers our local does some quality belgian stuff. Duvel - only 250ml bottle, but 8.5%, silky smooth and does you in proper, but it's nice and clean, so no fuzzy head the next morning  Cool
