After beating Leeds midweek, the Crewe manager of 19 seasons came out and said 'There are 2 things I will never change. I will always, always play football and I will never have my players kicking other players'.

For him to have a team like Crewe sitting reasonably safe in the Championship surely makes him one of the best managers this country has seen?

I saw Swindon v Crewe a couple of seasons back (maybe 3) and Crewe were one of the best passing teams I had seen in the flesh.
