Its an interesting question though - from a scientific point of view, how do you define one shit unit ?
While 23 is indeed an impressive number, I went diving in Egypt a while ago and when I came back I reckon I was averaging about 5 "sittings" a day, but some of those were some proper white knuckle affairs, lasting upwards of 40 minutes with many periods of episodic emission, which certainly would have put me well into double figures in terms of individual dumps.
Speaking of which, that first coffee of the day is starting to kick in.... where did I leave that Auto Trader ?

Usually (not illness related) I'm as regular as clock work, get to work sit at my desk for an hour or so, then go have a shit, and get paid for it. Don't waste your own time having a shit when you can get paid for it, I try not to shit at weekends. Unless I'm doing overtime.
I love the hour at my desk pre shit as my farts smell great.
