it won't turn on, keep getting the apple logo and a folder with an exclamation mark. i've tried to reinstall the software but iTunes won't connect with my iPod.
Anyone had similar problems?

I havent had that problem but i found installing the new itunes a complete waste of time as you cant uplaod any albums to your ipod.
I bought myself the new Sony mp3 player cos i thought the ipod was quite crap value for money in the end.

Anyone had similar problems?
I blame Ralphy. Sonic, Try and download the iPod updater software from the Apple website http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/You *should* be able to reboot the iPod by using this. If the iPod has become corrupt in some way, shape or form then iTunes won't connect, but that software should wipe the drive and start it back up again. Once it's done that you can resync it. |

the iPod was a present and I've had the coat for years :p It might be, but I doubt it unless you dropped it or held it next to a magnet or something. Mine has done it before - the update did the business. |
