No, i don't think it's that....Managed to get them from relegation strugglers to winning the conference title. Try warning them over poor performance it worked for me once, as long as they are happy to begin with. I find sometimes my team has a bad spell half way through to towards the end. Change the tactics slightly. It takes a couple of games to kick in but things might improve. One final thing. Don't underestimate the importance of mental and physical attributes, especially in the lower leagues. |

The majority of my players' morale is fairly good, but i think i need to warn them more often, like you say. And i think the half time/full time team talks i give, are slightly lenient. Thanks for the help :thumbs: |
