Not been to Xscape for a month or so - it was far too icy there and was pretty crap. How was it when you went a couple of weeks ago?
Not 100% sure when I'm going to go, but it looks like it might be before Christmas.

You staying for the whole season then? I've only been skiing once, but I can see why people love it so much.
What will you be doing to earn your keep? A friend of a friend was working out there somewhere as a rep, and managed to get kickbacks off all the bars so that he came back loaded.

Well hopefully I will get a job when I get out there, apparently it's quite easy to do this in VT.
A fella who I should be staying with has been out there for the last two seasons and always found work easily, so I'm hoping a bar job somewhere.
Oh I'm a boarder by the way, but generally the same applies - the scenery is just fantastic, that's one of the biggest draws I suppose.
The lease on the appartment runs from 27th Nov - Mid May '06, so a fair while!

I went snowboarding with a group of mates a few years ago to Val D'Isere (£6 a pint? er, no).
I was crap at it, too much like hard work for me, and it was bloody painful!
"Goofy" wtf! No, I'm just left handed thanks.
Not my idea of a holiday :|
