1) Venison
2) Vol-au-vants
3) T-Bone Steak
4) Oysters
5) Fish Egss - forgotten how to spell the proper name. Oops

I like all those things.....especially roe (fish eggs) bit difficult to find in Swindon these days.....herring roe, dipped in some flour, fried, then on some toast , and sprinkled with vineger..... is ace.

Was only thinking today, that I havn't seen any venison sausages lately, these are good....not sure why I'm probably lookin gin the wrong shops.

Fucking love oysters, especially when in France...lasrt year was staying in a place called St Vaast le Hogue.....and it had a mighty expanse of oyster beds, the good bit was that it was like an allotment system the locals all had a patch and would go out and tend to their crop.

 Fresh as they get .....yum.

Yeah vol au vents bit of something and nothing I suoppose but OK.

  T-Bone.....se what you mean....

  I'd say pheasant....was over rated.

I'm not sure deep fried locust is particularly highly rated in the first place though.....similarly offal products tend to be the STFC of culinary ratings.

Cous cous - total shit.
vegetables
liver
Strawberries
mushy peas

Substitute

Bakewell Tarts - how the hell anyone can eat those things is beyond me.

When was Liver ever rated? apart from at retirement homes.

Sauces on a good juicy steak is overated, ruins it completely, just give me the blood
