When I try to login to my yahoo mail account a dialogue box opens saying "getting file information" login?.rand  = 5od1unqob3sfg
from uk.f255.mail.yahoo.com

The same problem occurs with my dad on both firefox and IE, but my brother's/mum's email is fine.

Any ideas?
