The Town End will continue to be shit for as long as the club makes zero effort to improve atmosphere.
This is what happens when previous groups such as the GWR get ridiculed by a small section of our fan base for being 'cringe' when all they tried to do was create positivity. Especially in the T2 block.
There's people at the CG who want to create noise, but they are all spread out. Arguably more than ever. You need to get everybody in the same place.
The Town End is too expensive. It's a shit view so there needs to be an incentive for people to go and stand in there. There currently isn't.
Slash the price. Fill it up. Work openly with original founders of the GWR, the trust, the supporters club.
It's really not that hard.
100%. If the GW Reds and co can ride the wave of optimism, it will be better received than when we are in the mire. Songs for individual players and create some noise. I'll say it (in the full expectation of being shot down) but if a drum makes noise, it's better than silence and hearing the players talk to each other.
