Subs: Bulman Collins Whalley Cureton Heath We're in the shit at the moment, but I'd be reluctant to use loan players as we need to look to ahead in the season if we're gonna finish up anywhere decent this season. Get Jenkins, Roberts and Nicholau some fucking playing time, and get Gurney on the pitch as he's the only one with a chance of staying permanently (here's hoping). |

I'm bemused why people put Collins in the middle - he's a very ordinary defender and not ours. Surely King would be better off playing Cumming-Plank... Thorpe MUST start on Saturday, after a tremendous, inspiring display against Southend.

and i agree about playing comyn-platt, he should have a go. Good point - swop Heath for Shakes, although it's marginal. After a good showing as a sub vs. Oldham I've yet to be truly impressed by Shakes - fancy skills, but little end product. A poor man's Cristiano Ronaldo! |

also against forest he came on and played very well, missed an absolute sitter aswell. I'd maybe try a half with heath up front, then the other half with thorpe.
