I'm a good minute or two behind here I think. Stream is solid though.

As I’ve said - I don’t think any of our goal keepers have improved since he has been our goal keeper coach.

We’ve either had good keepers who have remained good throughout or we’ve had keepers get worse.

Last year under Holloway literally all of our outfield players improved.

Maybe we should focus on the defensive coaching situation before making Mildy your new target.

HT 2-1

A little disappointed not to be 2 or 3 goals up. Total dominance for the first 20 mins. The game should be over, but it’s still very much in the balance.

Well it was sort of a good half. Brilliant first 20.

Looked good thereafter on a couple occasions, but less dominant.

Great take and flick by Prince but his shot is straight at the keeper, no nearly a great move.
Think it's safe to conclude that his left foot is weaker than his right.

Think the first half has shown why Snowdon was signed, going forward looks very good even without the goal and assist. Defensively still not sure and needs some work but he’s not useless like some fans said after Walsall.

Seem to run out of steam last 20mins of the first half. Could hear Holloway screaming at them to press more.

After a nervy 10 minutes were are again much the better side again in my book. Just one of those 3 chances go in at the end there and it's well on the way to three points. Oldaker and Nichols for me outstanding in the middle of the park. Maybe could've done better on their goal but that's a pure gift from the referee. Smith, good at both ends and Munro showing again to me what a player he is. Oh and Princewill he will score I'm sure if Holloway keeps him on

1st 30 was some of the best and most entertaining football I have seen town play since starting watch them.  Moving the ball around. Early crosses into box.
As mentioned Defense just always seems to have a let down when we get up on a team.
Mentally not focused I think

Really need to sort our defending at set pieces out - feel like we could concede at any stage despite being the better side, so really need a third

Its DVs current talking point, maybe we can get big Dunc in to replace him  Cheesy

I don't disagree though tbf. I've no idea if Mildy is any good as a coach or not but feels like we've kept him through routine than anything.

I'm sure Ripley being part time and eating too many pies has probably more to do with it than any coaching in this instance though.
There's the issue, how do you coach someone on a part time basis.

Prince looks so dangerous. Assuming he is not at all up the match fitness yet either, should have done better with his chance, don’t think he realised he had completely skinned their defender and had plenty of time, rushed the shot.

Our second was a joy to watch, composure all round.

Missed the first 10 minutes but Swindon looked comfortably the better side to me.

Worrying to concede from another set piece, but aside from that we have dealt with their threat fairly well.

Lots of individual good performances so far.

The main problem is the defence. If the defence was organised, we wouldn't concede all these silly goals

He should be fully fit as been playing for Saints 21’s through out pre-season.

I don't think Ripley is at fault for Oldham's goal, the scorer has a free header from a frere kick that should have never been given.  Headers are extremely hard to track for the keeper.
