I was working 6am-2pm at the time & the reserves would ko 3pm @ the CG - so I probably saw more of handy Hamdi Razak than most.

He always looked decent & worth a shot but never really got it…

Fred Elliott got pelters for questioning Cox post match 'bang the doors down if I don't play' Saturday interview. But I can confirm he was average in his first game Smiley

Arrietta did score. I remember  that, but no memory of the goal

I remember that interview & thinking you're awfully full of yourself after producing an absolutely bang average performance. He'd done nothing that game to indicate he came anywhere near deserving to start.
In fact I believe I was so annoyed by him saying that my response was tell him to fuck off back to Reading reserves.

Good thing I wasn't the manager!
