Reflecting on yesterday.

Traffic horrendous on M5.

No tickets arriving until 2pm so had to hang around the horrendous ‘fan zone’ - some wench blasting out trash at maximum decibels.

As for the game. We were ponderous, unattractive, unexciting, unadventurous. A succession of long diagonals to players who can’t get past their man or hit and hope crosses into their area - most of which never got near any of our players. Meat and drink for Flint who.played very well tbf.

For all the so called attacking talent we hardly mustered a shot on target let alone forcing their keeper into making a save.

I liked Munroe who although not looking that tall won almost all his heading duels.

For me Holloway picked the wrong team from the outset. We seem to have too many similar type forward players.

Could have done with Sobawale.

Why no Bodin yesterday? Not injured already?

Bodin a little behind on fitness as he came with an injury which Holloway knew about when we signed him.

Some of the over reaction of smallsall fans is quite bizarre, it's as though they think we are Port Vale.  Smiley

We have to be careful with that one as shitheads keep reminding us you can’t win the league in November after our celebrations against them!

Idiot throws seat on the pitch....Manager and Club make statements.

I have said this in the past (the Orient flare).....

If only the Club would come out as quick when we are treated like shit by police and stewards.....always look the other way.

Just looked and that is actually the EFL team of the week, not just league two so even more bizarre!

Edit: was for the game when we played Bradford and won 5-4

Whoscored use a data formula to give players a match rating. It's got almost nothing to do with a human eye test (or so I believe)

They've always heavily favoured players who win aerial duals when it comes to match ratings.

That makes more sense. Surprised Flint wasn’t in the team.
