I’ve seen people stick their noses at the reaction. I watched the game on telly, so can’t say I saw the guy do anything, but the fact you had two teenagers giving him that response tells you he probably did something to deserve it

A fun win. It doesn’t mean anything for this season, it doesn’t mean anything for next season, but it was fun today. And that counts for something

Shepherd was the one who said something/did something to Harry Smith when he got his yellow card. Looked like verbals and niggly stuff throughout.

I've watched it back and this is what I read into it... Botan and his family are humble, sensible, level headed people. I think that they and Botan think that right now at this moment in time, Swindon is the best place for him to be and he will sign that deal that's been offered to him...

Do you think many will travel Friday for the game against us ?

Seems like Holloway is doing really well tbf I am suprised but maybe a big season next time ?

This league looks likely to be full of what you would call ex non league clubs next season might be a chance to get back up for you or us if we stay down . Not many big games in there though I remember Swindon with Tommy Mooney & James Milner schooling us but that must have been a while ago !

I'd have been in school at the time and I now have no hair. So yeah might have been a while.

Better times for us which may return one day.

Whatever Smith and co did when they scored the OG winner was justified for the shithousing all game and over celebrating in front of the Town End every time they scored. What comes around goes around.

Some lovely comments on the Bradford forum like
Quote
This lot are as poor a team as I've seen all season

So what does that make them? Smiley

Also

Someone needs to give that a kid a kick.
They are frightened to death of him and just letting him run riot, giving him all the time in the world and letting him do what he wants.

We were playing them off the park, for a senior professional it was a very silly tackle although he won the ball he was not in control.

What is irritating to me is how we are making Swindon look like fecking Real Madrid.

Smith was bang out of order goading Shepheard that was another yellow.

Should have been a red

Disgusting behaviour
Sheep surrounding a Shepherd in a field.

smith should have been sent off for that aggression off the ball

Shocking from a fellow professional.

What a complete disgrace from those 3 Swindon players after the OG. Totally unacceptable.

Hope someone snaps harry smiths leg in two for that reaction to shepherd

Swindon were absolute crap and uninterested until Smallwood got sent off.

Swindon were awful in defense and their for the taking, even with 10 men

Shepherd deserved it for taking a dive like a little pussy.

He was thumped in the back and playing for time to hopefully gain a precious point. What do you want him to do?

He went down like a fanny. Smith rightly goaded him when he scored the winning own goal..

Their game changed when that young lad Ameen came on
Turned some of our players inside out and looks like he’s gonna be a decent footballer

Swindon were garbage there was no need to set out to defend for 45 minutes with 7 defenders

Swindon - their defending was poor too, but fair play to them for being relentless. Holloway has certainly got the boot up them. It was a good game for a neutral.

we know without the sending off we were more than a match for the "so called" inform Swindon.

Those comments confirm the "dirty Northern bastards"assumptions.

They're right about one thing. Ameen is going to be a star.

Has absolutely everything. Unlucky not to get his goal. He's so well built and rounded for his age.

For comparison, Scott Twine looked a baby at 17/18.

Feel like he could absolutely explode next year. Get it signed.

For Friday, I would guess at 400-500...we travelled in good numbers to Fleetwood and Morecambe which are both long ass journeys with nothing tangible to play for so I would expect similar for Friday.

What Holloway has achieved is utterly phenomenal ...we should be feeling very positive for next season but you always fear that the ownership will do their best to fcuk things up.

I was there for the Milner / Mooney game...20+ years ago now...was midweek and we came back to win 2-1 having been 1-0 down IIRC. Another season that promised so much only to end in disappointment...
