I'm not against Smith for winning the penalties at the end, but I'm... not sure I agree that he did a good job in defence. And nor would I expect him to do or blame him for not, to be clear!
For me he didnt really do anything wrong in defence and won a lot of headers defensively, certainly he looked a better defender than Hall has in any game he has played this season.

95% good but there were a couple of times he was nearly caught out - a bit like Wright was on Saturday Smiley

That's a compliment - he's not played in defence since 🤷‍♂️
