Intent isn't the law though. If you make an honest attempt to tackle but are late anywhere else on the pitch, you will concede a foul. Never gets applied to keepers though. |

Yep, which is why I'm not making much fuss about it. Less said about the difficulty of defending at all in the game today though. Almost an impossible task to be a defensive player now. So many players waiting to ''feel contact''. Obviously not in this scenario - just generalising. |
