Has anyone had problems getting a refund for goods that never arrived?
They advised the goods were lost in transit, but instead of simply refunding they have asked for a form to be filled out  Huh?

Yes, they've made it so impossible to actually talk to a human instead of a fucking chatbot that I gave up on my attempt.

It was only something like £7 & figured my time was worth more than that.

I guess that's probably why they've made it so fucking difficult.
