Based on nothing more than him being taken off at half time I reckon Smith had a tantrum at half time. His constant arm throwing and pushing other players when the chips are down is not what's needed. He's equally limited but I'd probably rather Drinan leading the line. At least he'll look like he's giving a shit and not moaning like a bitch all the time.

I don't think taking out the only striker who can score goals for us is a particularly good idea. Especially when your replacement is somebody who before Morecambe hadn't scored a league goal for us in around 6 months.

Why can't this football club just do the basics correctly?

Our best strikers are Glatzel and Smith. Play them up front together. If it takes 5 games to gel so what? just get your best players in the team.

Change the goalkeeper. Please.

And that's why I could never be a football manager because if I had a petulant arsehole who has a record of relegation the previous season, I'd get rid. Can't ignore his goalscoring rate, which is good bearing in mind we are as creative as the Tottenham Hotspur badge regrading team.

I agree about the goalkeeper though, Bycroft looks like a confidence mess.

I honestly think that the only way we finish in front of anyone this season is if a team has a massive points deduction.
