We're at the stage now where our manager is such a dickhead everything that comes out of his mouth is a fucking meme.

Hopefully we lose and he's sacked in favour of someone who can might at least steer us to safety until the criminals leave.

That's a big leap of faith that they'd know who to bring in to do that... who am I kidding, it'd be Gunning or Bignot

For those who like their pub architecture, in the very fine The Peveril of the Peak with its tiled exterior.

Just as well that following a shit football team around becomes secondary when it's not going so good.

Leaving shortly for this, can't wait to visit such a big big club.

Anyone been before know of any decent pubs nearby?

There is next to nothing nearby, its a prick of aground to get to unless you are driving!

If promotion really was the aim of the club, this would be a must win for Kennedy, although most clubs with those ambitions would of cut ties at this point already.

I reckon it'll be an absolutely awful game of football to watch and we'll draw 1-1

That's the trouble, I don't think that it is.

Might have been Hall that let slip in his first interview about promotion in maybe 2 or 3 years added to Morfuni  bemoaning the average level of losses in L1.

Did you also go in the Britons Protection for some classic interiors? Used to love a little crawl of the Peveril, Britons Protection and the Rain Bar for a more modern pub. Rain Bar mainly as it often had the JW Lees 7.5% Moonraker.

I didn't, looked into it beforehand but had to head back towards Piccadilly.
Will try & include it into route planning for Altrincham next season.

The New Oxford is a cracking pub in Salford.
Had a few decent pints in here already, good pub!

To be fair we've had multiple managers pick their actual children in the past.
