We didn’t even manage three shots on target let alone “could have had 3 or 4.” I seriously must watch different games to people because I saw absolutely nothing in that performance that suggests we could have come away with 4 goals. Maybe I’m in the minority so fair play but thought we were toothless

Too many opportunities to attempt an incisive pass, or take an an early cross turned down.

Don’t think Carlisle played well, especially ropey in the first half, and yet, their win was totally plausible.

If that’s how you see it, fair enough. I salute your optimism. To me, we’ve failed to score against a Carlisle side that leak like a sieve and created so little, not that they created a great deal either. I don’t take solace from the shots on target (or hitting the bar and post).
