Actually voted for Bycroft after taking the piss out of those who voted for him in the last game.

Bycroft or Cotterill
Bycroft for the saves saving us from utter embarrassment.
Cotterell was the only one who looked relatively comfortable

Yeah relatively comfortable passing it backwards.... Bycroft for me. Three or four good saves. Nothing he could have really done for the goals. Maybe could have been off his line a bit quicker for the first goal but that's just me picking

Bycroft for two fantastic saves, which were unheeded warnings.

Voted Bycroft but that’s based on what other people have said plus the 2 minute highlights.
He desperately needed a mistake free game. He’s a decent keeper, some of our fans have massive knee jerk reactions.
I can tell you now - 3 games in - goal keeper is not going to be our biggest problem this season. In fact it’s already looking like one of those shit season where the goal keeper is a shoe in for PotS.

It is ironic you suggest By root possibly being POTS. I have not entered the where will we end prediction page but I looked at it and the only thing I thought I could predict is as you suggested Bycroft being POTS.

You should have a most shit player of the match poll for this one.
Hard as it is to imagine letting in four at home but Bycroft was probably the least shit option. A toss up between Freckleton & Cotterill as the most shit option

Me. I'm on holiday and saw approximately 3 minutes of the game while waiting for bags.
I'm gloating

Was going to go none of the above but went for Bycroft who at least kept the score down.
Had to chuckle when he took his time with a goal kick right at the very end, composed himself & still booted it out of play.
Cotterill wasn't bad. He was involved in the game throughout. Clarke on the other hand wasn't & this is a problem. One of a few that need solving.
Ultimately just very disappointed that the circling gull didn't shit on them a few times.

Without Bycroft it could have been 8-0, so I went for him as I wont go for none of the above.

Bodin thought Bycroft should have covered his top right hand corner for the free kick goal. My take was that Bycroft had not set up his defensive wall correctly. His top right hand corner was virtually unprotected to a left footer. It was curled beautifully but it needn't even have been curled. Looked avoidable to me. Result was game over at 0-3 after 46'.
To be fair it could have been 4-0 by HT but that FK just took the gloss off. And at 5pm last night, I just thought None of the Above edged MOTM.
Harsh? Perhaps. But then football is a harsh game. At least the STFC version of it.
