Very cynically I don’t think you can make the claim ‘they will not be shit forever’ the gaps between the haves and have nots is only getting bigger. So many clubs slipped out the league burdened with financial issues that probably won’t ever come back. Southend, Scunthorpe & Yeovil have all played in the Championship more recently than us and look at them now…do they ever make it back? |
