What is the script with transfers? I have just made a change which cost me 0 points, but if I want to make another it will deduct 4 points from my team.

You can make one free transfer per week, after that you must pay a 4 point penalty. Makes sense really, I assume it's so people cant change their entire team every week to the on-form players.
If your player is out injured or transferred out to another league, it will be worth the 4 point deduction in the end.
