I’m not blaming the players. Saw plenty of effort other than from Khan, who was awful.
Almost no skill or quality on show for either side.
My absolute disdain is reserved for our regime.
Colchester had options on the bench. We had none.
The stench of death hangs over the club.
I’ll never forgive the Trust for railroading these individuals into our club.
Sick of it all.
Spotted Randford going in the main entrance as well sums this regime up

Flynn clearly hasn't seen STFC play. Fuck me, he knows how to keep digging a hole even without spades and his hands tied behind his back. He's still staying in bed with the board {understandable but he can still constructively criticise} but most of us possibly prefer that than waking up to a horse's head in the bed. Was again impressed with Hawes to press him on certain areas. Always tries to retain respect for the circumstances but my god Hawes definitely got swerved on it with Flynn saying he works hard - sorry Flynn, that isn't even a far answer to the question. Hawes can only keep on asking the right kind of questions to him; regardless of the political style swerving. Loads of spin added to transfer questions - unfortunately I'm not buying the rolled ankle excuse and maybe the eleventh hour is more teams/players/agents realising ''oh shit, that place is a mess/they're only offering what?/so they only want to loan them?/ well no chance you're/I'm not going there, tell them the deal is off'' I think this all gets worse before it gets better Spud Herring basically came out and said he believed what Flynn was saying about the difficulties he was having getting people through the door on time as he had experienced similar. He talked about retention and recruitment in football being notoriously difficult. I also understand as I have had so many people let me down over the years having not followed through with something they’d promised (something that I find morally repugnant).

Just back.
Not sure what I’ve just witnessed in that second half. Most certainly the most abysmally appalling 45 minutes I’ve ever seen from a Town team in over 50 years. Dominated by a side who had lost 8 of their previous 9 games. We have nothing to offer. Young and Kemp would have made no difference today. No idea where we go from here - still freefalling.
Midfield non existent, Hutton dreadful, Austin showing why he must hang up his boots. Thought the 3 CBs did OK under the circumstances and Brewitt should have walked MOTM - not much competition admittedly.
Disagree with those who reckoned Colchester were useless - I thought they looked pretty good, far and away better than us - which, I suppose, isn’t saying much.
Are there 2 worse sides than us in L2? Hopefully, we may just have enough points in the bag to avoid the drop - but it’ll be mighty close.

Flynn’s certainly got the biggest excuse book going hasn’t he. One scored a goal, one injured and others clubs changed their mind. It’s just excuse after excuse, the same as the summer. One day he will take some responsibility for something.

I mean he may have already had phone calls about the striker before, but my first thought was "why the fuck have you started ringing around for a striker on January 6th"

It's a tired expression for someone who doesn't show 100% negativity. Shame on you you if you don't slag off every single aspect of the club. I've been called " happy clapper" for saying Flynn out!🙂
It really isn't to describe people not 100%, is it? It's a term to describe people who are overwhelmingly positive about anything and just defend the club no matter what. Like now. These people still exist now. How much worse does it have to get until they don't exist?

Whilst it’s easy to blame Flynn with such few players I cannot see any coach being anymore successful: Clemson first season we were incredibly lucky we had very few injuries, cup success, and a healthy league position with a small squad. As a new club owner and a business man then you’re naturally going to think you can do that again and save a few quid and still be successful. This was a huge mistake especially when you factor in we had a group of players who know more abound crutches than they do about football boots, Devine,Clayton and the list just grew and grew ukawake, ward etc. etc.
They need to recognise the danger in front of us and get us the players to remain in the football league as if they carry on running the playing squad on a shoestring we are in grave danger.
In terms of ground redevelopment I think we would all rather have a better on the pitch product than a vanity big screen plasma. Priorities priorities.
So frustrating as this seasons been lost over 2-3 extra players in the group

Comedic defending and child-like football at times. Conceding over 65% possession to Colchester at home in League 2 is some achievement.
As for why the crowd is so passive, I think there are two groups… those that went through all of this with Diamandis and then Power, who are worn out by that experience, and the newer, younger fans that vent on Twitter instead.
I still can’t get my head around how we ended up with the same owners wearing new clothes with less football knowledge and a smaller wallet, especially after such thorough due diligence (!).
Flynn’s comment about MK being happy with how we can develop their players is appalling and shows how detached they are from the fans reasonable expectations that we should be a better club than the likes of them. He’s as good at interviews as he is at organising a defence.
We’re hanging on and hoping for a knight in shining armour. This regime does not allow the club to survive another 2 seasons.
*and anyone who can’t see that Brewitt is a terrible defender either doesn’t watch the match, or does from the Town End where it’s impossible to see how positionally awful he is.

In my opinion, Flynn has to go and Caddis in. Caddis one of the few out there who could really galvanise everyone. Come in and “save” the season and look to turn momentum for next year. He knows what it means to play for Swindon and how a successful lower league football should look. Get him in now and give him a go before he goes to a different league club and we regret not getting him.
Even caddis can't make a silk purse out of a sow' s ear .

Lets not ruin the Caddis card on this regime. Total waste.
