We'll lose. Manager will say we are too easy to score against. Rinse, repeat.

Funnily enough, I'm way behind on my LSPODs and yesterday I listened to the one post Colchester away, (the game after the Aldershot debacle) which we lost 3-1 despite being 1-0 up at half time. Flynn said exactly the same thing you alluded to, that we are too easy to score against. It's HIS job to fix it, and so far he's not done anything about it.

The Cowleys have been sacked from their last 2 jobs at good clubs in the Championship & L1, although they might consider themselves unlucky to lose the Huddersfield job. Since then it has been a downward trajectory to end up back in L2.
No guarantee of a new manager bounce if the Col U squad struggle to adapt to a possibly more direct approach and different style to their previous coaches this season.
Straw clutching maybe & without our 2 most productive players it could be a difficult afternoon. A bit fed up of losing to Colchester now, one win in the last 9 meetings.

Michael Flynn on injuries:
Brewitt is likely, RHM can play some part but I will have to sleep on that with the risk, we have to be careful with him. Clayton has had a setback. Kokolo contracted this weekend and next.
I think we are on 14 or 15 fit professionals.

TBF, if we could get money for him or Devine I'd snap your hand off, not because they aren't decent players but they're hardly ever fit enough to play

Be interesting to see who else gets an ‘injury’ tomorrow. Hutton, Khan?
Wouldn’t give a toss personally. The whole club is a fucking joke.

Not really in the same category, Clayton played 35 games last season. Just only four this year. Devine's only managed two total over two seasons, and didn't finish either of those.

Devine is definitely crocked - but the cynical in me suspects some players are not as injured as we're making out. I guess we'll find out if they are sold this month and play plenty of games for their new clubs. I also sense Flynn has fallen out with RHM. Or they could all be properly injured and I'm a drama queen!
