It is amazing to me how small most of our players are compared to other sides.  Wouldn’t be a big deal if that had any speed to their play but first pass is almost always backwards so getting bullied in our matches.

Another observation I have is when we do get the ball moving forward.  Our advanced players just stand on a line with the defenders waiting to run instead of moving across the defenders and making themselves available for a pass or through ball.  Wha type of coaching is this?
