I don't think Flynn is a bad manager, I think his hands have been tied and taped up and handcuffed by Clem.
But hes not helping himself with some of our tactics recently. The injuries seem to coincide with poor performances on the pitch. He needs to take the blame for a lot of this.
I have backed Flynn fully but I think its time he swallowed his pride and walked away now and blames the owners before he loses face and his win rate goes down and down lowering his future stock as a manager.
