Reported crowd or actual crowd? Some of the 8ks recently have looked suspiciously sub 7.

Probably doesn’t help that the right half of our defence are defenders who are better at attacking than defending and the left half is a LB playing CB and someone who’s barely played this year

And this sums up our squad really.

Someone hoping for excuses could well point to the fact we finished the game with three wing backs and a full back playing as our back four, that we lost one centre half and had to switch out another because the system was fucking us up.

But......

The players we took off were a novice centre back who is prone to the odd fuck-up and gets drawn into attacking balls he shouldn't, and a left back.

The squad simply isn't up to standard and Flynn is continuing to play roulette, so we should expect just as many days in the black as we get in the red.

At least we know who to blame now though - you fucking freeloading season ticket holders.  We'd have a competitive budget if it wasn't for you lot shelling out a few hundred quid at the start of every season.

Because season ticket holders are counted for every game, so we will never go below that number.

I get that. For once, the suspicion wasn’t directed at the board, just the number.

Barrow at home next week how uninspiring Cheesy

Will be giving that a miss, plus the guaranteed home defeat to FGR.

Can’t see us getting anything away at Tranmere or Wrexham at home.

Flynn:
- Very poor defensively and Flynn didn't mean defenders
- We have to improve
- Will be looking to do that
- Wont look to change style
- Its sense of danger that is the problem
- Lazy loose passes in centre of pitch
- Second goal, no one spotted the danger
- First goal shouldnt have counted as 2 players down with head injuries
- We need to be better and go on a mini run again
- Thought we were awful to start with. Worst all season
- Bad, bad day at the office
- Couple of them need a good strong look in the mirror
- You can show players, but if they consistently dont do what they are shown then you have to change them
- Knew Al Hamedi would play the way we did. We wanted someone to stick with him
- FBT did ok. The others not so much
- Austin brought leadership.
- There were moments where there were positives. But we werent good enough
- We know what we are dealing with on what Flynn can spend. We might need a midfielder who reads the game when we are out of possession
- Competition is healthy.
- Wont make excuses, but that wont get Flynn extra players
- Lets hope this hurts the players and they work hard to put it right
- They didnt not run or try. There were sloppy passes. It was a careless performance
- Hoping to have 2 or 3 players back next week

Nah, why would you change the style of play that sees us concede stupid goals every fucking week? Piss off.

Fjortoft:
- Think Flynn sees it the same that we do
- But Fjortoft disagrees with the style not changing. We knew Wimbledon wouldn't let us play this way
- Sensing danger: As players, you are asked to carry out instruction. The manager relies on players to make good decisions. Today, everything was niaive. If playing out from the back is not working, then change it!
- Maybe there has to be a greater balance in the way they play (not just expoansive stuff)
- Against an experienced Wimbledon side, it would have been better to be solid rather than expansive
- Wimbledon on the day were a lot better. Their squad depth was greater. Secondly, the type of players they have was different. They had experience and pragmatism.
- We were lacking in experience. We didn't see how the game was going and change our approach to make sure we got a foothold

He was saying that the problem wasn't the style of play, it was down to the players not anticipating problems or danger when out of possession. So, he was talking about not abandoning attacking play, rather than commenting on 'tippy-tappy' football or playing out from the back (which I think you and Moonraker are commenting on).
