5-0 defeat

Followed by the happy clappers on here discussing who would still go when we are non-league

I don't think it will be a thrashing. But I think that Mansfield will go 2 goals up then sit back and see the game out comfortably.

Saturday is looking cold. So any result upgrade on "cold and miserable" will be OK by me.

I'm going on Saturday - better dig out the gloves and extra woolly socks to protect the extremities. First home game since Crewe.

I'd love us to try something different in this game.

Hutton wide of a front three for example.

                                               Mahoney

                   UGM               Brewitt       FBT             Kokolo

                                      Khan             McEachran

                                                 Kemp

                            Hutton                                Young

                                                  Austin

Something like that.

Or we do the usual and get pumped 2-5.

Something I said pre & post Harrogate - I’d like to see try something different.

Similar to what you’ve suggested above but I’d have Young as the focal point and Austin out the XI.

Would prefer Kokolo wide left it that leaves FBT at LB & Minturn at CB as the only other way to line up on defence.

I’d also make it a bit more of a 4411 than 4232

…but…again I’d just like to see us trying something different….

Certainly wouldn't be against something like this. Worst we can do is lose, which to be honest is what we all expect anyway!

What an odd comment.

If the worst were to happen i imagine the answer would be quite a lot because support isn't conditional on playing in a certain league

Depends on your definition of happy clapper.

Some think they are the ones that believe Clem is the Messiah and can’t do anything wrong, whereas some think a happy clapper is anyone who doesn’t believe Clem is the devil in disguise and is stripping the club bear of anything that isn’t nailed down.

I think most of us are somewhere in between those two
