I do think people underrate people's ability at set pieces compared to open play a little. Austin defends set pieces better than most of our centre backs! Similar with Gladwin last year, who couldn't defend in open play at all but was our best defensive header from set pieces. Obviously it would be ideal if he could still move in open play, but that's what RHM is on for I guess.

Part of the reason he’s having to head corners is due to his lack of movement, we can’t keep the ball up the pitch. You can’t keep a passenger on just for defensive corners, but obviously there’s no option now. |
