Aside: Scunthorpe had a match abandoned so late that the official Twitter thought it was full time.
are they then going to have to replay it?

People are saying "we'd come unstuck against better teams". Are there many better teams in this league? Everyone says how shit it is. This Sutton side beat the league leaders(before today) 5-1, Gillingham are top with a zero goal difference and have already lost twice (to Grimsby and Colchester). I think we need to start thinking that even with our obvious faults we are among the best based on everything so far I'd agree. But it's still a little early for me. I just need to see a bit more of the normal season grind to be sure.

Not read back but I suspect that some of the pragmatists will be tearing their hair out (if they have any).
It's great fun to watch though isn't it?
And yeah, play offs as a minimum is a real possibility playing this way. Why not?
Thinking ahead when times are relatively good tends to detract from the moment to my mind. So just enjoy the present folks, the future will take care of itself.

Charlie’s been out of touch in front of goal every game so far. Hep and Young are going to be our first choice strike pairing, aren’t they?
Went 3-0 up in 25 mins with current pairing. Why change it? Defence however!

Yeah...there's always been a world of chaos going on in the background, we just get to hear a lot more about it these days. The fact is, it's all out of our control...but (against all the odds it would seem) we have a really good manager and a really good team playing some great stuff (yes we really could do with an actual 'defensive' defender, that would make a huge difference) You just have to enjoy what's going on, on the pitch without stressing too much about what is going on, off it... That's not to say that questions shouldn't be asked of course (I have as many misgivings as the next man)...but if you can't just enjoy times like this, there's no point being a fan...

My view from the townend won’t have helped me judge it properly. Hopefully the poor fucker who has to put together the highlights shows it.
Was offside. Youngs in my opinion was a Penalty. At 3-0 it was simply complacency, they were poor and we allowed them back in the game. One bright note, the players are fitter than the last 2 seasons. That was incredible in that heat, Kemp particularly incredible stamina.

Either play the remaining minutes or replay the whole game as I can't see the game being awarded considering how much stoppage time there is these days.

Had a cracking day, few pints and losing my eldest to Uni in a few weeks which will be tough as been everywhere with me. Agree try to leave the off field shit behind because right now we have a decent product on the pitch. Need Ryan Edwards to sign and could be a surprise package. Clearly need Kemp and Young, both back to their best today after last Saturday. ⚽️🍺
