It shocks me that the Arsenal keeper Karl Hein has 22 full international caps for Estonia! he looks like a Kovar clone in his play.

It seems like you dont need to be a competant keeper to play at the highest level any more.

Arsenal are really good at the things they're good at - pace, transitions, breaks, pressure and really, really bad at everything else, especially finishing and defending.
