We might lose this but I'm weirdly looking forward to Saturday.
We have an actual football manager and not a youth coach and we actually take shots. People on here will swear I'm negative but it honestly doesn't take much to put a smile on my face sometimes.

Sounds like Ward is playing LWB. Seems he’s flexible along CB, LWB and midfield so perhaps there still is room for that big experienced CB we want

I feel the same (although cannot attend on Saturday). Under Morris and Lindsey we hardly took any shots and it was absolutely infuriating as well as being dull as hell. |

I pull your chain as i know you away from here so hope you know i am messing half the time with you mate. Sounds good tonight doesn't it tbf On a side note i wonder if we will see Minturn out on loan soon as if he doesn't get minutes tonight it's a shame. If we see the new lad as a better option i have no problem with that i just hope we do something with Minturn and not leave him on the bench doing nothing |

Some prioritise entertaining football, some just want to win. Under Lindsey and Morris we failed spectacularly at both. |

Yeah Minturn better off playing than sat on the bench right down the pecking order. Ideally get him to a National League Club, but if not National League South and playing.

I bizarrely ended up chatting to a German football manager recently who agreed that 'Pep worship' has ruined many lower league teams. The style simply can't be successfully implemented with waifs and strays in L2, and when it is implemented badly it is absolutely unwatchable.
