Watching Stockport vs Gillingham match, a very tight competitive game.  Knoyle playing for Stockport, also Louie Barry, who has just gone off injured (looked likevly before that) Williams started but has just been subbed for Gillingham having had a Williams type game that we have all seen where the match just passed him by.

Knoyle just smashed the crossbar - still 0-0

Great game though..

Some interesting scores today for sure!

Face+egg for Notts County and Wrectum.

5 against County for Sutton now, my surprise packages for the season.

Williams 70% possession County 1- 30% possession Sutton 5! County have had more shots too!

Also Wrexham 22 shots vs MKD 7 shots yet its 4-2 to MKD!

Partick 2-0 up when they bought on Adeloye.
Drew 2-2.

SL picks up a decent win for Crawley tbf.

Town Targets Johnson & Smith score for Walsall & Sutton respectively.

No numbers to back it up, but I imagine there are far more 'weird' results on opening day. Some teams are just more ready than others for the new season - certainly one positive of our game being off is Flynn having another week to help the side and find the last few signings.

And Harry Smith scored who I would also liked to have signed.

I remember Norwich losing 7-1 at home on the opening day to Colchester a few years back and going on to win the league title that season.
