Not that anyone truly cares but we've got Reading and Exeter in the EFL Trophy. As always we get to find out what B team we get the pleasure of facing off against in a separate draw tomorrow, after all playing a B team is such a momentous occasion that it needs its own separate draw.

I know we usually boycott such games, but would anybody be tempted by Reading away?

By the way, they still very much hate us. Were singing anti Swindon songs at Old Trafford last season.

A trip to Reading would be good.
Not known if it's home or away yet I guess.

Makes me laugh people breaking their ‘boycott’ of the tournament because its Oxford or Reading

They only sing about us as their rivalry with Aldershot is no more

Will it be 'competitive', have we ever taken this competition remotely seriously in its present form.

I'd have only described it as semi serious its its previous form.

Whilst it would be nice to play Reading again - I have no interest in it being in this cup.
Rather in the league and we pass them and naturally order is restored as the slide back to the tinpot rock they cradled out from…

I don't give a fuck tbh. Select Car Leasing.com Arena or whatever the fuck it's called is 10 mins from me so if we're playing there in any form I'm going.

Fear not people, the stars are slowly aligning for us to meet Oxford, Reading, Rovers & City in the same division soon.
Well 3 out of 4 wouldn't be bad.

No opinion either way on this competition but anybody that just enjoys football and can afford it will go irrespective of the tournament. I would lose the premiership youths and replace them with national league teams to make it more competitive...
