According to last seasons Stoke accounts he was on £11k a week at Stoke and was after a similar amount this season.

Anywhere near that, or even the £7k mentioned is mental for L2.

We had Adam Rooney on £7k a week in league 2 ten years ago   Cheesy

I think Notts County did that way before us in 2009 paying Lee Hughes £10k a week!

Was that the Sven era?
There is a brilliant podcast on all of that on the BBC.

That was just before Sven, fucking hell they fucked up massively and cost them millions.

At least PdC got a decent team out of it all and with a little more backing would have got us into the Championship, but I also fully understand Black getting fed up with the loss of money.

Been said hundreds of times, its just a shame because we could feasibly be in Bournemouths position now. But its all water under the bridge!

Sullay Kaikai leaving MK Dongs to join Rotherham after turning down a new contract, that will weaken Dongs this season.

Not disputing our reckless spending in the Di Canio era, but didn't we sign him when we were in league 1?

Will Boyle to Wrexham
I saw he was wanted by Rovers and Stockport too so that may well not happen.

Rovers fans seem to think him previously playing for Cheltenham gives them the edge.

Still no signing confirmed yet by anyone though.
