Morecambe are off and running. They've signed Chris Stokes.

1 of 2 players left in the football league I played against as a youngster, when he played for Trowbridge Town youth.

Nathan Thompson, who was at Warminster Highbury in his youth.
Kurt Hammond was also in the same Trowbridge team as Chris Stokes, and he was the best of the lot by a long way.

I also played against Hampshire and England cricketer, James Vince, who was a very very good footballer. Believe he had the choice of trials at a few football and cricket clubs, and chose cricket.

Nick Powell to Wrexham. Some signing if it happens. You've got to think he's on north of £10k a week having been a Championship regular and only 29.

No I am aware just kinda hoping it wont happen, hes a decent player who could well be a commanding player at this level.

I have to say this season most teams are already looking stronger than last season which was a very poor quality division, not so much this year, its gonna be hard to win automatic promotion.

Crawley are off the mark and sign Liam Kelly, who got relegated with Rochdale last season.

Little fella who nearly signed for us and then scored a screamer?
