Huge job for next season, try and get rid of those not wanted who are still contracted, lets have a real decent clear out rather than trying to polish a turd

Not remotely bothered about giving Morris a pre-season. If it’s financially feasible/possible, I’d get rid now

I don’t put this on Morris. What was he supposed to do with an Academy squad?

I didn't think we were that bad. Just didn't take chances to make it 2-0.

The subs are far below the level required. Every time Shade, Darcy or Austin are on the pitch they offer absolutely nothing.

I still think we have a core of players we can use next season. Just need 3-4 experienced pro's to blend with them.

Exactly, so a 0-0 draw will suit both sides.

I disagree

Lindsey will really want to put one over us.

He could not play Kadji?

I also would jettison Morris.

Yes he didn’t inherit a great hand- but our form under him has been nothing short of disastrous

…not lose every week?
Maybe win a few games?

Morris has had 17 games 4 wins 4 draws and 9 defeats.  The squad is not as bad as he has managed.  If he repeats this next year we are relegated.  This cannot carry on

He doesn’t seem to like managing us, and as a fan base, in general, haven’t really taken to him. He won’t walk if he has a half decent contract, so I suspect we’re stuck with him.

Who thinks Kadji, Shade and Darcy are better than Hepburn-Murphy, Cain and McEachran today?
Cain is a bag of mostly shite, so taking him off is usually an upgrade, however Kadji must have been eating the stuff since birth.

That was his record before todays game.
Another played. Another defeat.

I do!

Its all very well saying that we have an unbalanced squad, but I think a decent manager would have been able to get a tune out of this lot. Especially when you think that we have taken the lead in several games and then conceded at least twice to lose.

Yes, we need more experience, but we also need someone who can motivate them.

The best we could have hoped for was Lampard doing a great job and getting the Chelsea gig full-time and taking Morris with him.
