We’re off to a team that’s just had their biggest win in their league history, so as the commentator on the league highlights said ‘watch out Stevenage for Tuesday night’. Watch out indeed.
They're not fighting for anything at this point and I think their last 2 wins maybe mask their true level right now.
Hopefully we score early and they go a bit flat after they realise they can't break us down as easily as Wombles.
My question is, is a draw a good result? This is a team who beat Wimbledon 5-1 away, after beating Bradford at home.
At any other point in the season I'd say 0-0 away is fair, but with where we are now... Not sure it would be enough.
Their game with Wimbledon was a dead rubber. If it’s inflated their opinion of themselves then that’s fine, we’re one of the best teams in the league.
