Makes you wonder why one of those rearranged games isn’t being played tonight.

I'd hazard a guess that Morris would prefer to put his stamp on the team as much as possible in the meantime.

I noticed that there was some 'BEEF' between the Franchise and Bristol Rovers admins around ticket allocation disagreements. The Bristol Rovers admin said that opponents had to give 6 weeks notice for their ticket allocation desire. I am not sure if this is an actual league ruling or just something the club have in place. If it is a league ruling then that could help explain why the game hasn't been played any earlier. Either way, it puts a potentially huge game on under the lights during the run in.

Going back to tickets, I mean Stevenage aren't going to need the bank anyway so ticketing issues for that game should in theory be quite simple, although that said if we go on a huge run, the demand for our fans could be such that we may now need to think about opening the bank as we did towards the end of last season.

The POs are mostly all gone, you may need to go into one in Smiths to get the pension

How is the house hunting? Are you moving back to the SN1 area?

Looking at Corsham (home town). Trying to find a rental initially for 12 months - not easy, nobody seems to allow pets. Going to move back whether we’ve sold our house here or not.

I saw a similar issue on our local nosy nextdoor app about tenants facing issues with pets. Apparently some legislation had been introduced to stop a blanket ban on tenants with pets.

https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/can-my-landlord-prevent-me-from-keeping-a-pet/#:~:text=A%20Tenant%20must%20seek%20the,request%20on%20its%20own%20merits.

No idea if that helps or hinders you mind.

Seems older properties are more likely to allow pets than newer build ones. We wouldn’t have any if 3 local stray cats hadn’t adopted us!

They sound resourceful, if they adopted you I am sure they can adopt someone else after you have gone, they will have all manner of language problems if they come over here anyway.  Wink

Bloody Greek Cats coming over here taking jobs from hard working British Moggies!
