I thought you had to submit a budget at the start of the season?
You have to submit your expected gate reciepts for the season to set your prospective wage budget, but teams relegated are given 1 year leeway I believe, and anyway FGR got around that with bonuses etc as will the Jills. |

Obviously lots of rumours flying around but confirmed deals so far are in short supply - but one in at Newport, our next opposition.
Charlie McNeil on loan to Newport from Man Utd, young forward, will be available for the weekend. Scored a lot of goals at youth level but we'll see how that translates.
Newport also loaned in Matt Baker last week, Stoke defender.
