MacDonald won everything thrown at us in the air, great backs to the wall performance.

Well I wouldn’t have backed McDonald and Blake Tracy to keep repelling their front line all game. Good work.

Both he and FBT were excellent in the air, fair play.

They're much better than us. That, added with the idiot we have in charge, suggests a heavy defeat.

Chin up.

It’s only 3 days till the next game, we might lose that one

Phew, phew, phew.

I've had a full glass of wine sat in front of me since half time, didn't take a sip as I didn't want to jinx the result.  Pint

Defended manfully, Brynn was magnificent, MacDonald after a shaky start excellent as was FBT, and Lavinier briefly channelled Scott Twine. Absolutely no blueprint for how to keep us winning tactically, but in terms of the spirit the side showed and the effort they put in, excellent stuff - it certainly didn't look like a team of players lining up January moves.

Was pretty impressed by Northampton, on another day they'd have blown us away. They'll be up there come EOS.

Well, I don’t know if there was a game plan, but I will take that.
